Seat the blade unit
Place the blade unit in the clear bowl and check it is seated.
Add the vegetables and fit the lid
Add vegetables such as tomato, onion or green pepper. Put the lid on so its collar sits on the bowl rim and the lid is fully in place.
Pull the handle
Hold the lid down with one hand and pull the handle with the other, straight out to the side, back and forth. Do not pull upwards or at an angle.
Put the handle away
When you are not using it, the pull handle sits in a recess in the lid.
Take it apart
Take off the lid and lift the blade unit out of the bowl, holding it by its centre, not the edges.
Hand wash
Hand wash the parts.
