Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to the United Kingdom, to the European Union, and to Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates and the United States. If your country is not offered at checkout, email sales@britbunch.co.uk before you order and we will tell you whether we can help.

Delivery charges

  • Standard UK delivery: £5.99 per order, free on orders of £49.98 or more.
  • European Union: £14.99 per order.
  • All other countries we deliver to: £23.99 per order.

The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Prices on the website include UK VAT.

Deliveries outside the UK

Orders sent outside the UK may be charged import duty, tax or a handling fee by the destination country before they are released to you. Those charges are set by the destination country, are not included in our prices or delivery charge, and are paid by you. If a parcel is refused or not collected because of them and comes back to us, we refund the order once it arrives, less any return carriage or customs charges the carrier bills us for bringing it back.

When your order arrives

We email you when your order is on its way. We will deliver within 30 days of your order at the latest. If we cannot, you can cancel the order for a full refund, including any delivery charge.

Damaged in transit

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged, email us with a photograph of the item and the packaging, and choose a replacement or a full refund. You do not need to send the damaged item back unless we ask.

Missed deliveries and wrong addresses

If nobody is in, follow the carrier's instructions for redelivery or collection. Please check the delivery address on your order confirmation as soon as it arrives; if it is wrong, email us straight away and we will change it if the order has not yet been dispatched. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incorrect or it was not collected, we will refund the order in full once it arrives, or send it again for a further delivery charge.
