Terms of service
These terms apply when you buy from aalaindia.co.uk. Please read them before you order. They do not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
Who we are
Aala India is the trading name of Britbunch Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16266306. Our registered office is 56 Brook Road, Northfleet, Gravesend DA11 8RG. Placing an order
You order by adding items to your basket, going to the checkout and pressing the pay button. You can check your order and correct any mistake on the checkout page before you press it. Contracts are made in English. We do not file a copy of the contract, so please keep your order confirmation and these terms.
When you place an order we send an acknowledgement email. Your order is accepted, and a contract formed, when we email to confirm the order has been dispatched. We may decline an order before then, for example if an item is out of stock or was listed at an obviously wrong price, in which case we refund anything you have paid.
If you spot a mistake in your order, email us as soon as you can and we will correct it if the order has not yet been dispatched. You can also cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched: email us and we will refund everything you have paid, including delivery, within 14 days. Once an order has been dispatched, the 30 days in our Refund policy apply.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Automatic discounts, such as 10% off orders of £100 or more, are applied at checkout and cannot be claimed afterwards.
Delivery
We deliver to the UK, the European Union and a number of other countries listed in our Shipping policy, which also sets out the charges and what happens with import duties outside the UK. The items are your responsibility from the moment they are delivered to the address you gave us, and they become your property once we have received payment in full and they have been delivered.
Cancelling, returns and refunds
You can cancel an order and return items within 30 days of delivery for any reason, and you have the rights set out in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. How to do this, and how refunds work, is in our Refund policy.
Our products
Our paper mâché bowls are made by hand, so each one varies a little in shape, texture and colour from the photographs. That variation is part of the piece, not a defect. Paper mâché is for dry use only: it is not waterproof and must not be put in a dishwasher. Our honeycomb decorations are paper decorations that open into shape, are held open by magnets, and fold flat for storage. Care advice, where it applies, is on the product page.
If something goes wrong
If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will put it right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, as explained in our Refund policy. We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or by our negligence, but not for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Complaints
Email sales@britbunch.co.uk and we will reply as quickly as we can. If we cannot resolve a complaint, you may contact your local Citizens Advice consumer service.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on the website when you placed it.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes can be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
