Ganesh Quick Chopper, Manual Pull-Cord Vegetable Chopper
The Ganesh Quick Chopper is a manual pull-cord vegetable chopper. Hold the lid down with one hand and, with the other, pull the handle straight out to the side, keeping the cord level rather than at an angle, and then back in: each pull spins the curved metal blades inside the see-through plastic bowl.

Lift off the lid and check the blade unit sits in the centre of the bowl.
Add the vegetables
Add vegetables such as tomatoes and peppers, then put the lid fully in place.
Pull the handle

Put the handle away
When you are not using it, tuck the pull handle into the recess in the side of the lid.
Take it apart
Lift off the lid and take out the blade unit, holding it by its centre, not the edges.
