A garland of paper mâché bells, made by hand and painted in bold colour-block pairs such as navy and white, red and maroon, yellow and sky blue, and pink and midnight blue. The bells are strung on jute twine, with small wooden beads between them.
- Sold as one garland. Two hung side by side, as in one photo, make a larger display.
- Hang it from a hook or nail at each end, across a mantelpiece, window, wall or staircase, or drape it round the tree in loose loops.
- The colours are not only festive, so it can stay up after Christmas above a bed, console table or shelf.
- Each bell is made by hand and painted, so the colours and shapes vary slightly from one garland to the next.
- For indoor use only. Keep it away from candles, open flames and heat, and store it somewhere dry between seasons.

How do they hang?
Where this piece has a hanging loop, hang it from a branch or a hook. Where it is made to stand, put it on a shelf or table. The Hanging line under Materials & care says which, where we have filled it in. Keep it indoors, well away from candles, open flame, heaters and hot bulbs. If you are unsure, ask us before you order.

Are they for indoors only?
Yes. Keep them indoors and dry. They are not for outdoor use, damp rooms or anywhere water can reach them.

How should I store them?
Wrap each piece in tissue and store it in a rigid box so nothing presses on it. Keep the box somewhere dry, inside the heated part of the house rather than a loft, garage or shed.

Are they toys?
No. They are decorations, not toys. Keep them out of reach of young children and pets.

Will mine look exactly like the photographs?
Close, but not identical. Each piece is made by hand, so small differences from one to the next are normal. Screens and room lighting shift colour too, so yours may read a shade warmer or cooler at home.
